Your Role as Behaviour Support Staff: Work with individuals and small groups who require help with behavioural needs. Use effective strategies to encourage positive conduct and engagement in lessons. Collaborate closely with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure consistent guidance. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere within the school. Always follow school policies and safeguarding procedures. What You’ll Need: Experience working with young people in education or a similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A calm, patient, and resilient manner when responding to challenging behaviour. A proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
