You will also support the operational board in successfully delivering key initiatives and projects, ensuring organisational goals are achieved and opportunities for growth are maximised.
Acting as a visible and influential leader, you will represent the organisation within communities across Scotland and act as a positive role model for members and volunteers. You will also build strong relationships with the organisation’s UK-wide body, ensuring alignment in vision, strategy and purpose while strengthening collaboration across the wider network.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate organisation at a pivotal time, helping to create lasting opportunities for girls and young women across Scotland.
