They specialise in the distribution of clinical and DNA tests globally in more than 80 countries. They have their own clinics and laboratories across the globe and also distribute supplements from their warehouses in the UK and Holland. They are a growing, international company that offer a fantastic culture and lots of progression opportunities.
They are currently looking for a dynamic bookkeeper to join their growing accounts team. You will be working closely with the CFO and will be responsible for the UK accounts.
This role requires you to:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial records and daily bookkeeping of the business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data using Uniconta accounting software (training provided)
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation and VAT statements
Skills:
- Ability to adapt to using the accounting software used by the Business: Uniconta
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
