The Team
You’ll be joining our Marketing & Commercial function at an exciting time as we expand how tombola connects with our players. The brand team shapes how we engage with our audience, and this role is central to that effort. You’ll collaborate with Social, Creative, Acquisition, Product, and Internal Comms teams, leading the development of our community strategy from scratch.
The Role
This is a new role with significant potential to influence how tombola interacts with its players and prospects. As Senior Community & Partnerships Manager, you will define and implement our community strategy—creating memorable moments for our players both online and offline. Your scope includes PR, Social, Events, and Partnerships, leading initiatives from local community projects to innovative brand activations. You will act as the strategic leader on community engagement, partnership development, and ambassador management, ensuring authentic connections with our audience and meaningful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
* Define and lead community engagement strategies in collaboration with the Head of Brand
* Identify and activate strategic pillars through PR, Events, Social, and Partnerships
* Manage local and national partnerships, including charity collaborations and commercial opportunities
* Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and Internal Comms teams to embed community-first thinking into our offerings
Social & Ambassador Oversight
* Oversee social media strategy and brand ambassador programs to support community goals
* Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to grow online communities and amplify campaigns
PR & Experiential Activation
* Develop and execute PR and experiential campaigns with agency partners
* Implement campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community programs to enhance brand engagement and trust
Impact & Measurement
* Manage KPIs related to community, including brand health, engagement, reach, and trust
* Work with acquisition teams to identify new audiences and support growth through community-led campaigns
Skills & Experience
* 7+ years in PR, Social, or Community roles, preferably in consumer brands
* Proven success in managing online communities and executing impactful events
* Experience collaborating with Product, CX, and marketing channels
* Strategic thinker capable of leading complex initiatives and driving integrated marketing campaigns
* Experience managing agencies and inspiring creative execution
