The Role
* Supporting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day management of kitchen operations
* Playing a key role in the successful launch of a new restaurant
* Leading and motivating the brigade during service
* Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and labour management
* Training and developing junior chefs
* Ensuring all food safety and health & safety standards are maintained
* Supporting menu execution and maintaining brand standards
About You
* Currently working as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
* Experience within Asian cuisine is essential
* Sushi experience would be highly advantageous
* Strong understanding of fresh ingredients, preparation techniques, and quality standards
* Comfortable working within fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
* Passionate about great food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach to management
