Your new roleThe Applications Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing business-critical systems across the group, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform technologies. The role supports the effective operation of IT applications, ensures timely resolution of issues, and contributes to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver frontline support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive)Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional mannerEscalate complex or unresolved issues to third-party vendors or senior IT colleaguesMaintain and update support documentation and resolution logsEnsure business continuity through prompt issue managementProvide user support across the organisation in line with SLAsSupport the design and enhancement of PowerApps solutions to meet business needsAssist in maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities using Power Platform toolsWork with business users to scope and test new app or report featuresContribute to the integration of data sources and systems within the Microsoft ecosystemHelp train users on PowerApps...
