Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care, medication administration, and anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our sisters, ensuring their comfort and well-being while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to our sisters in accordance with established protocols and standards.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and any adverse reactions.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
* Recent experience working with older people providing Nursing Care which covers Dementia, Physical Frailty, Complex Health Care and end of life care.
* To be able to lead a team of carers.
Requirements
* Valid registration as a nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care principles.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.

Pay: £16.80-£33.60 per hour
Expected hours: 6.5 – 38 per week
