What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
* Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
* Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
* Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
* Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
* Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses, actively taking part to promote engagement.
* Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
* Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
* Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.
Qualifications
* About You: Outgoing, Positive, And Passionate About Delivering Great Customer Experiences.
* Confident in administration and able to handle day-to-day club systems.
* Sales-focused, with the drive to hit membership and retention targets.
* Flexible and adaptable – able to work varied shifts and step into operational/key holder duties when needed.
* Passionate about fitness, with a genuine interest in our products and services.
* Ambitious, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills for future progression.
