We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Ascot. As Restaurant Manager you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times. Youll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience across the hotels brasserie style restaurant.

The Person
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following:
Previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant.
Solid hotel or premium restaurant background
Immaculate presentation
Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
Excellent communication skills and be approachable
Excellent guest relations skills
