NRG is partnering with Blacksons, a fast-growing, nationwide network of RICS-qualified professionals, to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor / Chartered Residential Surveyor. About the Role
Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, Blacksons’ consultants support a diverse client base, including landlords, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals. As part of a dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you will have the freedom to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects across the public and private sectors.
You will be involved in:
* Expert witness work
* Specific defect inspections
* Structural assessments
* New build monitoring
* Dilapidation services
* Schedules of condition
* Licence to alter assessments
* Party wall matters
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
* MRICS/FRICS qualification
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent and accurate report writing skills
* Strong technical writing and communication skills
* Numeracy skills and commercial awareness
* Ability to foster relationships with professionals at all levels
* Well-organised with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Proactive and diligent approach with a team-focused mindset
