Theatre Practitioner - OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER – SCRUB (RGN / ODP)

Up to £36,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role
You will be a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) focused, detail‑oriented, empathetic with great communication skills. You are registered with an appropriate governing body and bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration (e.g., NMC or HCPC). You have post‑registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment and prefer orthopaedic scrub.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment, and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training
Qualifications
Registered with an appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC). Post‑registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre; experience within orthopaedic scrub preferred.
