What Youll be Doing
* Managing bed availability across multiple care homes and hospitals
* Coordinating referrals and admissions with internal teams and external partners
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Communicating with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
* Supporting service managers with occupancy planning
What You'll Need
* Experience in bed management, care coordination, or healthcare administration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with care systems or databases
* A proactive and empathetic approach to care delivery
