The Role:
* Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, environment, and quality management systems
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across projects
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM, and company policies
* Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing reports and lessons learned
* Provide guidance and support to site teams and management on SHEQ matters
* Promote a positive safety culture across the organisation
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in construction or commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, CDM regulations, and quality management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
* Able to work across multiple projects and sites, managing competing priorities
* Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
Salary & Package: £70,000 per annum + £5,500 car allowance
