We’re looking for a Technical Support Team Leader who thrives on solving complex problems in real time and enjoys working directly with customers. This role is ideal for someone from a field service, IT, or systems background who’s confident under pressure, loves troubleshooting, and is motivated by making things work better. You’ll take ownership of technical support issues, collaborate with project and commercial teams, and drive improvements in the way we deliver support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to grow into customer-facing or product development opportunities in the future.
