Responsibilities: Prepare equipment and ingredients for practical lessons and demonstrations according to teacher specifications. Assist students during practical sessions, providing technical guidance on the safe use of tools and cooking techniques. Maintain rigorous hygiene standards and perform regular safety checks on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, hobs, and small appliances. Requirements: Previous experience in a food preparation, hospitality, or educational environment. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one immediately).
