They are transforming the Cost and Procurement function to drive value through strategic partnerships, risk management, capability development, and people investment.
The Role
As a Insight & Engagement Manager (Procurement) you’ll be at the heart of their transformation journey. You’ll lead internal and external engagement strategies, develop training programmes, and drive people development across the Cost and Procurement team. Your work will shape how they collaborate with suppliers and position themselves as a customer of choice in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead supplier engagement strategy and convert insights into impactful communications and training.
* Deliver people capability plans aligned with current and future talent needs.
* Develop and manage the Cost & Procurement Academy with targeted learning modules.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration through townhalls, change networks, and community practices.
* Manage NPS and customer satisfaction programmes for procurement activities.
* Liaise with CFO project teams and coordinate procurement-related change initiatives.
* Champion training and communication for supplier governance and performance.
* Support ESG and innovation agendas within the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in Procurement, Financial Services, or project delivery.
* Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven leadership in procurement and supplier relationship management.
* Knowledge of sustainable supply chains and financial services products.
* Experience with digital procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, EcoVadis).
* Consulting experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Qualifications
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Professional qualification in Procurement or Contract Management (preferred).
