What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be at the heart of their financial operations — ensuring robust financial control, driving insight-led decision making, and overseeing a finance team. You’ll bring clarity, rigour and direction across all areas of finance, playing a crucial role in both day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and operational leads, providing expert financial and commercial guidance • Drive financial performance through strong analysis, insight, and decision support • Lead on all budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting activities • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts • Oversee completion of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns • Own and improve core finance processes, controls and reporting frameworks • Operate the Company Secretarial role with full accountability • Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance About You: • You will be a Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) • You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially minded environment. • You’ll need to be hands-on, detail-driven, and able to operate at both strategic and operational levels. • You will have a proven track record in a commercially focused finance role • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Experience using Navision (ERP) is a strong advantage • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet critical deadlines • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities What is on offer? • Competitive salary (£60,000 – £80,000DOE) • Company car allowance • Flexible hybrid working • Direct influence at senior leadership level • Supportive, people-focused culture If you're ready to take ownership of a pivotal role and drive meaningful financial and operational change, we'd love to hear from you.
