Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all NDT activities within the business align with industry requirements, particularly BS EN 15085.You will be undertaking crack testing - using Dye Penetrant and MPIDuties to include:- Produce quality documents i.e., technique sheets, SOPs, and Templates.- Ensure activities and associated actions and measures taken do not endanger but assist with the upkeep and maintaining the company's ISO (9001, 14001 and 45001) standards and certification- To set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment- To conduct tests to ensure quality, or detect discontinuities (defects), using NDT methods of inspection- To establish techniques for examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations- To apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results- To organise and rep...
