About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required, along with ideally some IT skills. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be considerate and kind when communicating with residents and co-workers.
Your responsibilities include ensuring residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. You will carry out audits, keep records up to date, and perform tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on windows, or putting up wallpaper, always with kindness.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You must be able to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
