Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive – Norfolk and Suffolk with hybrid working
Client
A full-service regional law firm offering the right candidate the opportunity in time to build a team, with support
Role
* Managing your own caseload with support from the Partners and the wider team
* Assist with the development of long term client relationships
* Attend business development activities on behalf of the team and on behalf of the firm
* Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
* Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients
You
* Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment
* Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently
* Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
* Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
