We are currently working in partnership with a Public Sector organisation who are looking to appoint a 2 HR Business Partners on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This will be a temporary position based in Liverpool, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working)and a day rate of up to £300 per day via an Umbrella company dependant on experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional who can lead people initiatives, support organisational change, advise senior leaders, foster a positive culture, and must hold or be working towards CIPD Level 7.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Act as liaison between Directors, management teams, and People & Organisational Culture, coordinating corporate support to meet priorities
2. Lead workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
3. Manage organisational changes, including restructurings, consultations, and redundancy/redeployment processes
4. Advise senior leaders on transformation, organisation design, and complex employment matters
5. Support leaders in fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
6. Strategic HR, workforce planning, and talent management
7. Organisational change, transformation, and employee relations
8. Leadership development, performance management, and engagement
9. Stakeholder management and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
10. CIPD Level 5 and working towards Level 7
