IKEA Brighton are looking to welcome Store Assistants to our vibrant new store team
Join our team at the innovative new Brighton store as a Market Hall Store Co-worker, where you'll play a key role in creating a remarkable shopping experience for our guests. In this role, no two days are the same This role is all about selling, ensuring our guests leave feeling satisfied with their purchase and inspired by IKEA.

o The Start Date of employment will be 8th November 2025.
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour.
* 16 Hours working 4 days per week, including evenings and 3 in 4 weekends working.

* You are computer literate and able to work with technology.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

o You provide a memorable shopping experience for our customers working across various departments throughout the day, supporting store guests to find the most suitable solutions for their life at home.
* You are always curious about the range, wanting to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
* You support maximising sales by ensuring your areas of responsibility are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
* You will use the IKEA vision of a better everyday life at home and prioritise the guests by interacting with guests and promoting products to align with their needs.
