Our client is an established five partner firm with a very good reputation and we are seeking a Solicitor or Conveyancer to join the residential property team. The role is due to growth and expansion, there are very good relationships in place with the introducers and the properties are around the Hertfordshire and Greater London areas. You will be working with a variety of clients, some HNW, providing support on sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties.
We are seeking a clear communicator, able to raise enquiries and have an acute eye for the detail of deeds and leases, providing protection and identifying all risks to support your client's decision making. On this team, you will have support from both an assistant and a residential paralegal to enable you to provide a high-quality service to your clients and ensure the smooth running of the conveyancing process and to consider repeat business and recommendations.
All applications will be considered, we are ideally seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years residential fee earning experience, and there is scope to consider a senior conveyancer or a fee earning paralegal under supervision and all applications will be considered.
