A respected firm in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide interim support on an ongoing basis. The role is due to start immediately and will continue on a rolling basis.
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently. Matters may include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and title checks.
Key Details:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Location: North Yorkshire (hybrid working may be considered)
* Duration: Ongoing - until permanent hire is made
* Rate: £45 per hour
* Focus: Residential Conveyancing
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience
* Able to manage files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
* Confident handling a busy caseload and communicating effectively with clients and third parties
