Your Role as a Graduate LSA:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of subjects
* Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning challenges
* Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
* Help students build confidence and achieve academic progress
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate (any subject considered)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, resilient, and proactive attitude
* Previous experience with young people is a bonus, but not essential
* A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive
