Our client is one of the UK’s leading air ambulance charities. They continuously push the boundaries of medical intervention, helicopter aviation and on-scene patient care to deliver a unique emergency service to patients, where and when it is most needed.
Role
The role is for an Operations Administrative Officer. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across the operations team, supporting the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and two other Heads of Department. Given the wide variety of support required the individual will need to be willing to adapt and respond to the needs of the department.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders: the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and two Heads of Department; manage diary/calendar and support project work as needed.
* Collaborate with the EA to the Chief Operating Officer to deliver administrative support across the operations team.
* Produce high-quality and accurate minutes for a variety of meetings; timetable meetings and draft agendas.
* Assist with electronic document management and departmental procurement; support financial reconciliation where required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience providing administrative support to senior managers, including diary management, financial reconciliation, electronic document management and procurement.
* Ability to produce high quality and accurate minutes, timetabling for meetings, and drafting agendas.
* Enjoy being organised, working collaboratively and proactively; able to balance priorities and work to deadlines.
* Experience in a charity/not-for-profit or medical context is desirable.
