Responsibilities
* Handle inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales
* Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering
* Provide technical support for complex parts queries
* Process customer returns and credit notes
* Communicate order status and manage backorders
* Support additional business needs

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
* GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent, desirable not essential
* City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar) desirable not essential
* Experience in a busy parts sales environment is essential
Skills You’ll Need
* Knowledge of BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP desirable not essential
* Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay customer-focused
What We Offer
* Salary from £26,000 plus a 5% variable bonus.
* 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
