Are you ready to make an impact? As our Sales Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by ensuring the timely and successful implementation of complex customer engagements.
Your Role:
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, you will:
* Lead strategic sales teams in aligning our capabilities with customer needs.
* Define processes and plan projects to meet implementation timelines, allowing our sales personnel to focus externally.
* Support the development of new capabilities as customer requirements evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific needs, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
* Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in receipt, booking, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries.
* Handle customer retention strategies and manage return materials authorization (RMA) processes for swift and accurate service.
* Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
* Design and implement new processes for special services and conduct market research for pricing strategies.
* Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations, including hiring and training.
* Oversee customer quotes activities to enhance efficiency and compliance with guidelines.

* Oracle Knowledge: Depth of knowledge in SWB from sales and asset management.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding of internal and external commercial dynamics.

* Change Management: Skills to manage and adapt to change.
* Executive Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
