* Influence and Autonomy – Take ownership of the sales strategy, recruitment, and marketing activities to shape the future of the business.


Key Role Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior and senior Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Take overall responsibility for team performance, growth, and market share expansion.
* Recruit additional sales talent to support long-term business development goals.
* Oversee and lead marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and generate new opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
* Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic input to senior leadership.


Key Attributes Required

* Proven experience in a B2B IT solutions sales leadership role.
* Track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
* Experience in hiring and onboarding sales professionals to support business growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, motivational leadership style.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to travel to Crowthorne regularly.
