Job Title: Electrical Technical Trainer Assessor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £39,024 - £42,800 per annum, plus car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Electrical Trainer Assessor with an A1 (or equivalent) qualification?
You can join our award-winning Utilita Training Academy, where you have an opportunity to bring your electrical expertise and experience to enhance the skillsets of our internal workforce.
What does this role involve?
* Deliver training sessions to internal and external delegates and assess their competencies in line with internal and external standards.
* Review, design, and develop engaging training materials.
* Collaborate with the Training Manager to support the future development and planning of the Training Academy.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records.
Who are we looking for?
* Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised Apprenticeship, plus AM2 certificate.
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training and an A1 Assessor qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience with low-carbon technologies such as Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging is highly desirable.
* Full UK driving licence is essential (role includes a car allowance for travel to support our internal workforce in the field).
* Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire and lead learners and develop engaging training content aligned with business needs.
