A highly regarded Legal 500 full-service firm with a strong regional and national presence is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Chester. The firm is known for delivering exceptional client service and handling a broad range of private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You'll manage a varied caseload covering Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, with opportunities to develop expertise in tax and succession planning.
Responsibilities
* Advising clients on Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Administration of Estates
* Drafting and reviewing wills, trust deeds, and related legal documents
* Managing estate administration, including tax and inheritance matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Staying current with legislative changes and best practices
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years' PQE in private client work
* Strong experience across wills, probate, and estate administration
* Excellent client-handling, drafting, and communication skills
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
* STEP or SFE accreditation desirable but not essential
