Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Brand Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing and brand campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation and execution of brand marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
* Assist in developing marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional assets.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise brand strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
* Assist in organising events, promotions, and brand activations.
Requirements
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Basic understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
