Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Derby is for a General Truck Sales Manager. The General Truck Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales management, including team leadership and development
* Skills in developing sales strategies, client relationship management, and customer service
* Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, specifically Mercedes-Benz trucks and vans
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in preparing sales reports and performance analysis
* Ability to work on-site in Derby
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is advantageous
