About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Battery Support Team Leader to oversee our Battery Maintenance Team. You’ll ensure the safe, efficient charging and replacement of vehicle batteries on-site, following customer-specific processes and maintaining high standards across the operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support the Battery Maintenance Team.
Ensure all charging and battery replacement tasks follow HSE requirements.
Move and handle vehicles safely and professionally around site.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and team members.
Use handheld/tablet devices to complete tasks accurately.
Identify and report any system issues or process gaps.
Support wider yard operations when required.
What We’re Looking For
* Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
* Strong communication skills; Romanian & English speaking is a bonus.
* Understanding of EV and ICE vehicle batteries.
* Leadership experience in a similar environment is desirable.
* Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
* Confident using handheld and tablet technology.
