Overview
Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated person to join our admin team at Avenue House in Nuneaton. Assist in the provision of an effective administrative service for North Warwickshire Crisis Team, supporting the clinical functions of the Trust. Work in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient clerical support service.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers.
* Answer calls to patients that contact the Home Treatment Team and manage front‑door reception.
* Ensure high‑standard customer care in all telephone and reception responsibilities using tact, discretion and sensitivity.
* Promote Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust values and vision positively.
* Support an integrated and skill‑mixed admin team to deliver clinical service.
