Providing key financial insight and support to Sales & Marketing colleagues, duties will include:
* Enable strategic insights and conversations around route to market, distribution channels, trade investments and pricing.
* Build Revenue Growth Management frameworks into all commercial decisions.
* Support the preparation and evaluation of business cases and providing financial advice and analysis to support commercial decisions.
* Support & enable Sales & Trade Marketing to jointly create and deliver financial targets.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting process, enabling Sales teams to understand the impact of those assumptions to drive business ownership.
* Monitor and drive financial performance by providing strategic commentary and insight to the reporting of actuals, and overlay insight on customer and competitor landscapes.
The successful Finance Business Partner will be a fully qualified accountant with demonstrable customer focused business partnering experience alongside excellent analytical and communication skills.
