Overview
Join to apply for the Customer Service Advisor – Travel Money role at Sainsbury's. We’re an equal opportunities employer that champions a diverse and inclusive culture. As part of the Sainsbury’s Group, we offer opportunities to fulfil your potential and help to create a customer‑centric experience. You’ll help our customers’ holidays get off to a fantastic start as a Travel Money Advisor in‑store, delivering great service as part of our Winning Team.
You’ll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, building good relationships with customers and providing friendly service that keeps them coming back. You’ll focus on handling currency, so attention to detail is essential. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team but will run the bureau on your own most of the time, so you’ll need to be confident in making decisions.
There’s a range of shift patterns available, with flexible options to suit the team; you’ll be asked to fit in with Early/Late/Weekend rotations. DBS and credit checks are a requirement for successful candidates.
Helpful but not essential is a background in finance or cash handling. If you don’t have this experience, training is provided. What matters most is a love of helping people, a good eye for detail, and comfort with large sums of money.
