Position Overview:
The firm is hiring a Senior Associate (Information Technology) for a full‑time role focusing on litigation and advisory work, especially involving intermediaries and technology law matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Managing client relationships and leading interactions
* Formulating litigation and advisory strategies
* Drafting pleadings for social media intermediaries across courts and tribunals
* Advising on intermediary liability, data protection, content moderation, and criminal law
* Mentoring and supervising junior associates
Eligibility:
* 5‑8 years of PQE
* Strong knowledge of IT law framework, including the IT Act and related regulations
* Excellent drafting and research skills
* Ability to translate legal complexity into practical advice
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently
