Job Description
* Acting as a customer interface and focal contract point for customers for all quality related matters including customer complaints, new product implementation, quality performance reviews
* Leading day to day quality activities of an integrated logistics center (Warehouse) to ensure accurate management of customer returns, supplier returns and quality wall inspections
* Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
* Leading and motivating a small team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience with customers or customer quality
* Proven experience in root cause investigations
* Engineering & Manufacturing experience.
