Are you a kind, patient, and committed individual? We’re on the lookout for Support Workers to join our small, friendly team in Whitfield, Dover, where you’ll support a wonderful man in his new home.
This incredible individual has autism and epilepsy, and while he may sometimes display challenging behaviors, he is also full of fun! He thrives in the company of those who genuinely care and want to help him live a fulfilling life. From enjoying massages while watching TV to engaging in sensory play, your role will be vital in helping him build skills and independence.
You’ll assist him with everyday activities like healthy eating, emotional support, and learning new skills. He loves long countryside walks, visiting parks, dining out, and relaxing with music. Your time spent with him will be invaluable in understanding his needs and preferences.
