We are currently recruiting for a Estates Senior Project Manager to support the strategic development and management of the clients estate on a initial 6 month fixed term contract. Your role will involve: Manage the successful delivery of estate planning and management projects, and estate strategic advisory commissions, of varying size and complexity, within health and life science environments Coordinate resource accordingly Point of contact for clients Deliver projects in line with processes and procedures Assist with the estate development plan Stakeholder management Reporting on progress, etc and ensure that all commissions are managed in line with Company values, standing financial instructions, good practice, and in compliance with appropriate legislation, statutory approvals and mandatory standards The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Demonstratable experience in estates management such as Estates Manager, Head of Estates, Estate Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Construction Project Manager. Experience leading estates based projects such as construction projects and modifications, etc. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ideally a background in a estates, construction, architecture or project management based field. Highly desirable qualifications include RIBA/ARB, RICS, CIAT, CIBSE, CIOB, APM PMQ, MICE, Prince 2, APM, etc Past experience in the public sector would be advantageous including NHS, Life Sciences, Education or University, Local Government, Central Government, etc. Due to the secure nature this site candidates will need to undergo BPSS Clearance prior to starting and be eligible to apply for SC Security Clearance.
