We’re looking for an experienced CAM Engineer to prepare, optimise and release PCB design data into manufacturing-ready formats within a fast-paced PCB production environment.
This is a precision role at the heart of engineering and production — ensuring data integrity, DFM compliance and seamless shopfloor execution.
What You’ll Do
* Import and validate Gerber, ODB++ and Excellon data
* Conduct detailed DFM analysis to IPC and internal standards
* Raise and manage Engineering Queries with customers
* Edit and optimise data using Genesis 2000 / InCAM Pro
* Panelise for maximum utilisation and throughput
* Generate LDI, drill, routing, AOI and BBT programs
* Support production with accurate drawings and technical amendments
What You’ll Bring
* Proven PCB CAM engineering experience
* Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes
* DFM expertise and exceptional attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Genesis 2000 / InCAM Pro
* Confident customer communication skills
