Duties and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
* Assist in delivering pharmaceutical care to meet patient health needs.
* Assess patient well-being within the context of prescribed medicines.
* Manage the movement and storage of medicines.
* Establish and maintain effective communication about pharmacy activities.
* Modify and organize data, information, computer records, and stock management documents.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of services.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
* GPhC registration is essential.
* NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
* 6 months of experience in either a hospital or community setting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 37.5 hours/week.
* Contract Type: Permanent.
