Our client is a well established and successful company, they are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to lead and oversee the continual improvement of their health and safety systems, with a strong emphasis on working towards and then maintaining ISO 45001 certification. The company is currently certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. This role would involve working with the current team to lead the implementation of ISO 45001 with a view to eventually overseeing all aspects of Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Wellbeing of their employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of health and safety management systems within a technical, engineering, or utilities environments, and a proven track record of fostering a positive safety culture across multi-disciplinary teams.
