As a Lead Support Worker at Partners in Support, your daily duties will involve:
1. Assisting the Locality Manager by working on shift to provide day-to-day support to the staff team.
2. Delivering excellent person-centred support through supervisions, positive role modelling, team meetings, observations, and consistent 1:1 support.
3. Understanding and supporting the individuals you assist, providing both emotional and practical assistance.
4. Ensuring effective communication within the team and with the individuals supported.
5. Managing health and safety issues and overseeing medication administration.
6. Maintaining daily records accurately and promptly.
7. Liaising with families and participating in family meetings.
8. Taking part in the on-call rota for weekends.
This role combines leadership, direct support, and administrative tasks to ensure the well-being and development of both the individuals supported and the support team.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year's experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism, and a commitment to empowering people, working closely with their families, and maintaining a positive and compassionate nature.
