We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and communal areas as required
* Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
* Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
* Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs to high standards
* Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
* Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organised manner
* Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential
* Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
* Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending throughout the shift
