About the Practice
Established in 2017 this practice has grown from a three-person team to a dedicated group of 26 veterinary professionals. A full-time Practice Manager, oversees daily operations, they have a strong nurse team and together, they've built a workplace where collaboration, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything.

• 1 Student Veterinary Nurse
• 1 Veterinary Care Assistant

Located just minutes from the M6 and M69—making it easily accessible from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, and surrounding towns.
Modern Facilities Include:
• Digital X-ray
• Ultrasound
• In-house blood machines
• Spacious, air-conditioned consulting and surgical rooms
You’ll work on a wide range of medical and surgical cases, giving you the chance to develop your interests and clinical confidence. They encourage professional growth and will fully support further training or certification—particularly in areas such as exotics or soft tissue surgery.

The Role:
Looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon or an experienced vet who can bring confidence in routine procedures and a passion for high standards. You’ll play an integral part in the development of the team and services.
• Full-time position, including 1 in 4 weekends (Sat: 9am–5pm | Sun: 10am–4pm)
• No out-of-hours (OOH) and no sole charge
• Flexible rota options to support work-life balance

• Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
• 5.6 weeks’ annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with service
