We’re looking for a hands‑on Regional Sales Director to lead Creatio’s growth across Western Europe. In this role, you’ll drive regional revenue growth, lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, and play a critical role in expanding our enterprise footprint across the region.
This role is based in London and follows a hybrid work model.

What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 3+ years leading new business sales teams.
* Strong background in enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally within CRM, BPM, ERP, EPM, low‑code/no‑code, BI, CX/XM, HCM, or marketing automation.
* Proven success selling to large enterprise organizations across multiple industries, managing complex sales cycles and high‑value deals.
* Experience operating in complex, multi‑product, multi‑channel enterprise sales environments.
* Strong understanding of value‑based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC / MEDDPICC.
* Track record of consistently exceeding quota in high‑growth SaaS companies.
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
* Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Established professional network within the region.
* Experience selling into large financial institutions is a strong plus.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, energetic, and passionate about sales.
