Guest Services Manager
Located on the outskirts of York, Holiday Inn Express York is a welcoming hotel ideal for business or leisure. Comfortable beds, an Express Start Breakfast, complimentary WiFi and free parking are all included.
Role in our Family
* Oversee daily hotel operations and deputise for the GM as required.
* Supervise, train and motivate hotel staff, handle recruitment and performance management.
* Manage budget, cash flow and financial reporting, ensuring accurate billing & banking procedures.
* Commercial management: maintain accurate OTA listings, monitor guest feedback on Medallia and address complaints.
* Maintain health and safety compliance, support external audits and ensure documentation is current.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain brand standards.
* Monitor inventory and ordering, ensuring adequate stock levels for hotel operations.
* Co‑coach and counsel staff alongside GM & HR.
