Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Early starts (6am or 7:30am) 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Duties:
Assemble products using engineering drawings
Use a range of hand and power tools
Follow quality procedures to ensure high standards
Work to deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesSkills & Experience:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience beneficial
Mechanical and electrical assembly knowledge desirable
Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Flexible and able to prioritise workloadAbout You:
